FOCAL (Free and Open Source Creative Art Library) is supported by FOSSEE at IIT Bombay.
FOCAL provides free vector graphics (SVG), GIMP editable templates (XCF), Scribus editable files (SLA), and related creative resources developed using Free and Open Source Software.

Project Purpose
FOCAL is created to encourage students, designers, educators, and the open-source community to learn and use Free and Open Source Software in their day-to-day graphics and animation work.
The initiative is educational, community-driven, and intended to promote ethical and legal use of open-source creative tools.

FOCAL acts as a hosting platform for contributor-submitted content.
